I was visiting a friend's home. Her children had their nutrition forms put up on the refrigerator. Maybe you're familiar with STRIVE FOR FIVE. The schools are promoting that children keep track of how many fruits and vegetables they eat daily for each month.
Do you know how many servings are recommended for adults? The Dietary Guidelines for Americans from the US Department of Health recommend that adults have four to five 1/2 cups of fruits, and four to five 1/2 cup servings of vegetables every day. How many are you having?
